01

Cells and chemistry

Every system uses Tier-1 lithium iron phosphate (LFP) prismatic cells. LFP is thermally stable, free of cobalt and degrades predictably: above 10 000 full cycles to 80 % of nameplate capacity, with a design life matched to a 15–20 year asset horizon. Cells are grade A, matched by capacity and internal resistance before assembly.

  • ≥10 000 cycles at 80 % depth of discharge
  • Cell-level fusing and voltage monitoring
  • State-of-health reporting per module

02

Liquid thermal management

Air-cooled cabinets lose capacity in heat and drift apart cell by cell. A liquid loop circulates coolant through every module, holding the temperature spread across the pack within 3–4 °C. The result is uniform ageing, stable throughput in a 45 °C ambient and up to 30 % less parasitic consumption than an air-conditioned enclosure.

  • Cell temperature spread ≤3 °C
  • Operation from −30 °C to +55 °C
  • Lower auxiliary load than HVAC cooling

03

Four-level fire protection

Safety is layered rather than bolted on: continuous gas and temperature monitoring, early warning at the first sign of off-gassing, an audible and remote alarm, then automatic suppression targeted at the affected rack. Enclosures use pack-level compartmentalisation with pressure relief so an event stays contained.

  • Aerosol/gas detection at pack level
  • Automatic targeted suppression
  • Explosion venting and compartmentalisation

04

Power conversion and grid forming

The integrated PCS handles grid-following operation for peak shaving and arbitrage, and grid-forming operation for islanded sites, weak grids and black start. Transformer-free building blocks reduce losses and footprint on larger installations, while parallel operation lets capacity grow without redesigning the plant.

  • Grid-following and grid-forming modes
  • Round-trip efficiency ≥93 %
  • Parallel scaling of cabinets and containers

05

EMS and integration

The energy management system is where the economics happen: peak shaving against your tariff, load shifting, dynamic export limitation, PV self-consumption and coordinated genset control. Integration runs over Modbus TCP/RTU, CAN and MQTT, with remote monitoring and alarm forwarding to your SCADA.

  • Peak shaving and tariff arbitrage
  • PV, genset and charger coordination
  • Modbus TCP/RTU, CAN, MQTT, SCADA export

06

Certification and delivery

Systems are certified for grid connection in 45 countries and ship with the complete documentation package needed for customs clearance and the distribution system operator. Delivery includes commissioning, operator training and a remote monitoring account from day one.

  • Grid-connection certification package
  • Commissioning and operator training
  • Remote monitoring and service support
